1:18 p.m.- Felisha Ruby Kapayou, 22, rural Toledo arrested at Meskwaki Tribal Court on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8:40 p.m. on surety bond.

3:50 p.m.- Robert Gene Gray II, 27, Gilman, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 Tama County O Avenue on charges of no vehicle insurance, two counts of driving while license suspended, two counts of unlawful use of driver’s license and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Dec. 30 at 12:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 30

9:09 a.m.- Alex Lee Bratten, 18, Cedar Falls, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:31 p.m.- Juan Roy Lizarde, 22, Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of Harding, on a warrant by Tama Police. Transferred out at 2:40 a.m. on Dec. 31.

8:36 p.m.- Petrice Head, 40, Tama arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on a charge of accessory after the fact by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 31 at 11:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.
