2:56 p.m.- Tasha Marie Weber, 35, Toledo, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:10 p.m. on surety bond.

6:15 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 69, Montour, arrested in the 1100 block of 270th Street, Montour, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while license revoked and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Noon- Joshua Thomas Warnell, 33, rural Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of H avenue, rural Toledo, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with intent and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure ot appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.
