Dec. 19

2:10 a.m.- Michelle Lynn Good, 44, rural Tama, arrested at 305th Street and Meskwaki Road on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 22 at 5:30 p.m. on surety bond.

Dec. 20

2:30 a.m.- Jaylen Celia Sharee Padilla, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on charges of assault / use / display of a weapon and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 28 at 3:50 p.m. on surety bond.

2:10 p.m.- Jindi Jane Beaderstadt, 34, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of false imprisonment and simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 21

11:09 a.m.- Lindy Marie Kos, 34, Dysart, arrested in the 600 block of Garfield Street, Gladbrook, on charges of 1st degree burglary and domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:25 p.m.- Todd Wayne Moore, 32, Gladbrook, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo on a charge of 1st degree burglary by the Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 22 at 1:10 p.m.

2 p.m.- Tabor Lee Allen, 21, Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 1st degree burglary by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 23 at 6 p.m. on surety bond.

6:25 p.m.- James Joseph Croswhite, 35, Washington, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of domestic assault / impeding blood or air flow, domestic abuse assault with intent and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 22 at 2:40 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

8:34 p.m.- Ashley Marie Thompson, 27, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of contraband in a correctional facility by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 22 at 3:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 22

9:32 p.m.- Elwood Roberts, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 1100 block of South Prospect Drive on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Sentenced and released on Dec. 23 at 3:10 p.m.
