Dec. 15

6:10 p.m.- James Donovan Ward Jr., 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Red Earth Drive on chagres of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while barred and failure ot maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on dec. 19 at 6:55 p.m. on surety bond.

10:18 p.m.- Shaun Michael MeHaffy, 37, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of Johnston street, Gladbrook on a charge of violation of a no contact order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 16

5:15 p.m.- Dale Evert Bogue, 30, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of State Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 17 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:40 p.m.- Colton Lee Reed, 25, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail in Cedar Rapids on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 19 at 9:18 p.m. on surety bond.

11:13 p.m.- Donald Wellington Wanatee Jr., 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 West on charges of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released on dec. 17 at 3:55 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Dec. 17

6:10 a.m.- Ronald Lee Mumby, 52, Chelsea, arrested in the 300 block of Broad Street, Chelsea, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:33 p.m.- Kenneth Craig Willson, 64, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1700 block of 295th Street on charges of criminal trespassing and 5th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 18

10:13 a..m- Leigha Irene Welch, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Harrison Street on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred at 2:20 p.m.

11:44 p.m.- Bobbie Ray Smith Jr., 47, Marshalltown, arrested at mile marker 202 on the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 19 at 1:54 p.m.

12:40 a.m.- Anthony Lynn Ratliff, 34, rural Garwin, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, Tama, on a warrant by Meskwak
