Dec, 11

11:56 a.m.- Jerel Houston Moore, 20, Iowa City, arrested at the Johnson County Jail in Iowa City on a charge of striking an unattended vehicle and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Dec. 13

6:10 p.m.- Trudi Ann Mathes, 32, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Hall Street, Tama, on charges of harassment of a public official and interference with official acts by Toledo Police. Released at 8:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Dec. 14

1:15 a.m.- Michael Ray Smith, 39, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of State Street, on a warrant by Tama Police. Transferred at 3:26 a.m.

1:46 a.m.- Barry Lynn Kucera, arrested in the 500 block of green Street, Traer, on three counts of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:52 p.m.- Brandon Lee Herrmann, 33, Evansdale, arrested in the 600 block of 1st Street, Traer, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, 1st degree harassment, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while license suspended and failure ot maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 19 at 6:30 p.m.

Juvenile arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and O Avenue on charges of possession a controlled substance and possession off drug paraphernalia by the Iowa State Patrol. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.
