Dec. 5

2 p.m.- Jamie Allen Medulan, 40, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Benton County Jail in Vinton on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:45 p.m.- Daniel Shawn Posey, 35, Tulsa, Okla., arrested at the Iowa County Jail in Marengo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 6 at 5 p.m. on surety bond.

10:21 p.m.- Ashley Eletta Smith, 29, Clive, arrested in the 2600 block of U.S. Highway 30, Chelsea, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving wrong side of road, open container and failure to maintain minimum speed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 7 at 12:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11 p.m.- Pedro Esccribanao-Pasi, 25, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Harding on charges of domestic abuse assault with intent and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 7 at 12:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:59 a.m.- Nathan Dean Greenfield, 28, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Broadway, Toledo, on charges of assault causing bodily injury disorderly conduct and public intoxication by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 7 at noon.

Dec. 8

1:26 p.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East State Street on a charge of sex offender verification violation and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 8 at 9:05 p.m. on surety bond.

7:29 p.m.- Pierce Stillman Wanatee, 21, rural Tama, arrested at the Iowa County Jail, Marengo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:05 p.m.- Angela Marie Hahn-Popelka, 36, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2600 block of N Avenue on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 9

9:13 p.m.- Daniel James Reisner, 46, Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of child endangerment / no injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:15 p.m. on surety bond
