2:30 a.m.- Kelly Louise Peterson, 54, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

9:05 a.m.- Alicia Raye Schultz, 42, Lincoln, arrested in court in Toledo on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:29 p.m.- Wade Matthew Quigley, 18, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Siegel on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 5 at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:06 p.m.- Stephen Scott Prusha, 50, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of driving while license suspended. Released on Dec. 5 at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:10 a.m.- Cody Allan Hand, 21, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Offic
