Midnight- Adam Maurizio Shoemaker, 19, Tama, arrested at a location not noted on the Press Arrest Log on a warrant for failure to Aptera by the Iowa State Patrol.

12:03 p.m.- Jeffrey Allen Pepe, 49, Gladbrook, arrested in the 300 block of Johnston Street, Goldmark, on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on nov .27 at 11:45 a.m. after pervading guilty.

12:03 p.m.- Jason Dwight Drew, 31, Gladbrook, arustle in the 200 block of 1st street, Gladbrook, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:02 p.m.- Kamilah Jared Clark, 39, rural Tama, arrested in hostel 1300 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge oftestic abuse assaulter – 3rd or subsequent offensive by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

8:05 p.m.- Dewey Youngberry Bass, 36, arrested in the 1900 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, failure to maritain control, violation of financial liability-accident and driving Hughie license suspended the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 27

1:30 a.m.- Eric Lee Toomer, 39, Dysart, arrested and Connell and Tilford steets on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

12:52 a.m.- Johnny Alan Minteer, 41, Steamboat Rock, Iowa, arrested in the 2900 block of F Avenue, Montour, on chares of driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:31 p.m.- Kimberly Britania Stellpglug, 28, Ankeny, arrested in the 1200 block of U.s. Highway 30 Expressway, Montour, on chares of driving while license suspended and speeding. Released at 6:21 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:14 p.m.- Elliott Funmaker Jr., 24, Marshalltown, arrested at E49 and F avenue, Montour, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on nov. 28 at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizances bond.

9:30 p.m.- Barry Lynn Kucera, 44, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1900 block of 190th Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault. Released on Dec. 1 at 12:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
