1:15 a.m.- Austin Lee Reding, 23, Gilman, arrested in the 3100 block of Tama County Road D65 on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released o Nov. 29 at 11:05 a.m. on unsecured bond.

9:49 p.m.- Brandon Paul Svoboda, 22, rural Clutier arrested at 220th Street and QQ Avenue on a charge of driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 30

12:21 p.m.- George Youngbear III, 52, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of springs Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 5 at 1:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 2

2:24 a.m.- Gabriela Dirks, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released at 1:09 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:08 p.m.- Adam Maurisio Shoemaker, 119, Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Siegel Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Sentenced and released on Dec. 4 at 10:20 a.m.

7:32 p.m.- Amanda Marie Hall, 31, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of Levering Street, Traer, on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 3

12:08 a.m.- Curt Allen Brookman, 47, Dysart arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of public intoxication by Dysart Police.

Dec. 4

12:10 a.m.- Christine Chinahaw Hicks, 24, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Ohio Street on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of a controlled substance by Toledo Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:30 a.m.- Kelly Louise Hicks, 54, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

9:05 a.m.- Alicia Raye Schultz, 42, Lincoln, arrested in court in Toledo on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:29 p.m.- Wade Matthew Quigley, 18, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Siegel on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 5 at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:06 p.m.- Stephen Scott Prusha, 50, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of U.s. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of driving while license suspended. Released on Dec. 5 at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Dec. 5

11:10 a.m.- Cody Allan Hand, 21, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2 p.m.- Jamie Allen Medulan, 40, Cedar rapids, arrested at the Benton County Jail in Vinton on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:45 p.m.- Daniel Shawn Posey, 35, tulsa, Okla., arrested at the Iowa county Jail in Marengo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 6 at 5 p.m. on surety bond.
