Juvenile arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

7:32 p.m.- Billie Lee Nichols Hanson, 18, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of south Broadway on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Transferred on Nov. 14 at 3 p.m.

9:39 p.m.- Kenneth Mervin Elliott, 52, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of Woodlawn, Traer, on a charge of indecent contact with a child and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 14 at 4:55 p.m. on surety bond.

Nov. 14

11:20 a.m.- Samuel Arthur Franzen, 21, Elberon, arrested at the Bremer County Jail, Waverly, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 17 at 7:32 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:24 p.m.- Scott Anthony Barcz, 38, Robins Iowa, arrested at 340th Street and U.S. Highway 63 in a charge of driving while license suspended by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 15 at 10:04 a.m. on unsecured bond.

3:18 p.m.- Mark Alan Schultz, 55, Lincoln, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
