1:29 p.m.- Marla Lynn Barz Mashek, 45, Chelsea charged with 5th degree theft by Toledo Police in a summons sent by the Clerk of Court’s Office.

Nov. 6

11:07 p.m.- Reyes Puetes-Lopez, 42, Montour, arrested on South Main Street at the railroad tracks, Montour, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 7

10 a.m.- Armando Martinez-Rodriguez, 25, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Johnson County Jail, Iowa City, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:04 p.m.- Keenan Alexander Jones, 20 Park Forest, Ill., arrested in the 600 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of criminal trespassing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 8 at 10:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:16 p.m.- Trinidad Lupian Martines, 54, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Siegel Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 9 at 212:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

5:51 a.m.- Elmer Abel Maldon, 24, Toledo, arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and two warrants for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Nov. 10

12:53 a.m.- Tony John Jacobi, 49, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2700 block of 370th Street on charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assault with injury and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
