Nov. 1

6:57 a.m.- Robert Patrick Nieman, 29, Tama, arrested at Buisness Highway 30 and U.S. Highway 63, Toeldo, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 2:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:55 p.m.- Phoebe Blanche Kapayou, 20, rural Tama, arrested at West 14th Street and Trojan Drive on charges of driving while license suspended, reckless driving and for Tribal Court by Tama Police. Released afrer pleading guilty.

Nov. 2

5:03 a.m.- Juan R. Garcia-Ventura, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of red Earth Drive on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released 1:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:05 a.m.- Gregg Alexander Nelsen ,52, rural Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of assault causing bodily injury, simple domestic abuse assault and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:40 p.m.- Tanya Cherelle Kitchen, 49, Des Moines, arrested at West 15th and Harding streets on a charge of driving while license suspended by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 3 at 2:40 a.m. on surety bond.

Nov. 3

11:35 a.m.- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 20, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton street on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 4 at 1:45 p.m. on surety bond.

8:33 p.m.- Roberto Morales, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 300 block of Eats 6th Street on charges of interference with official acts, driving without a licesem registration violation, reckless driving and no vehicle insurance by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 4 at 9:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.
