Oct. 28

8:15 a.m.- Michael Douglas Hochstetler, 36, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:50 a.m.- Phillip Tarrell Davis, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Released after sentencing on Oct. 31 at 3:20 a.m.

7:15 p.m.- Audra Jean McGrew, 35, Tama arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, Toledo, on a charge of simple assault and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 7:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

10:17 p.m.- Jermaine Claude Spencer, 30, rural Montour, arrested in the 200 block of West Village Road, Montour, on charges of 3rd degree burglary, 4th degree theft, and two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 29 at 10:40 a.m.

10:15 a.m.- Jennifer Ann Chamberlin, 37, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of simple assault by Tama Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:30 p.m. on unsecured bond.

11:55 a.m.- Quincy Roy Lasley, 27, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E43 on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 30 at 10:45 a.m.

11:55 a.m.- Sahara Luv Martinez, 35, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E43 on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 30 at 10:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:30 p.m.- Wesley Scott Phillips, 36, Grinnell, arrested at the Grinnell Police department on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:49 p.m.- Phillip Tarrell Davis, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released after sentencing on Oct. 31 at 3:20 a.m.

Oct. 30

12:05 a.m.- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 20, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Lincolnway, Montour, on charges of obstructing prosecution and violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. on surety bond.

12:05 a.m.- Kaiya Cherie Vokoun, 18, State Center, arrested in the 100 block of East Lincolnway, Montour, violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 30 at 10:35 a.m. on unsecured bond.

11:02 a.m.- Larry Alan Blackcloud, 49, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at 12:15 p.m.

Oct. 31

2:30 p.m.- Rodolfo Marcelino Sadie Jr., 35, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:01 p.m.- Avis Jolene Bear, 38, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of south Green Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 1 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
