6:36 p.m.- Wyatt Kane Slinker, 20, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of K Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 26 at 11:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:34 p.m.- George Donald Biggs, 58, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of South Main Street, Montour, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 26 at 11:01 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:51 p.m.- Susan Deliane Biggs, 59, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of South Main Street, Montour, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 26 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:04 p.m.- Daniel James Reisner, 45, Sumner, Iowa, arrested in the 300 blopck of green Street, Traer, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 26 at 11:15 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Oct. 27

12:13 a.m.- Tanner Lee Henning, 20, Traer, arrested in the 2500 block of 125th Street, Traer, on a charge of driving while barred. Released on Oct. 27 at 10:14 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:35 p.m.- Eric Paul Gretman, 28, Carroll, Iowa, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 28 at 10 a.m.

10:19 p. m.- Seth Arthur York, 31, Tama arrested in the 700 block of Garfield Street, Tama, on chargers of assault causing bodily injury and simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 28 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
