5:10 p.m.- Lester Tobias Lasley, 38, rural Tama, arrested on U.S. Highway 30 Expressway at MM Avenue on a charge of public intoxication – 2nd offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 20 at 9:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
5:10 p.m.- Natasha Kay Papakee, 31, rural Tama, arrested on U.S. Highway 30 Expressway at MM Avenue on a charge of public intoxication – 2nd offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 20 at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10:55 p.m.- Joshua Dale Todd, 27, Toledo, arrested at 8th and State streets, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 20 at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:40 a.m.- Susan Louise Hense, 54, Cedar Rapids arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of 1st degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
5:48 p.m.- Stacie Elizabeth Beard, 37, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on charges of unauthorized use of a credit card, 4th degree theft and two warrants by Toledo Police. Sentenced and released on Oct. 24 at 6:45 p.m.
10:06 p.m.- Todd Wayne Moore, 31, Gladbrook, arrested in the 600 block of Garfield Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 21 at 10:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.
Oct. 21
10:31 a.m.- Brenda Lee Dilly, 55, rural Montour, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree theft by the Sheriff’s Office.
Oct. 22
9:58 a.m.- Easton Wade Anderson, 24, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main Street, Toledo, on two charges of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:30 p.m.- Johnathan Cabral Rodriguez, 30, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of State Street on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, interference with official acts and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 23 at 4:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.
