9:15 a.m.- Nickolas Scott Giannetto , 22, Tama, arrestive in the 100 block of 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

7:36 p.m.- Clinton James Edwards, 26, Garwin, arrested in he 300 block of Clark Street, Garwin, on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 16 at 12:27 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 100 block of VV Avenue on charges of 1st degree harassment and assault with intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

4:02 a.m.- Robin Lee Roberts, 60, rural Montour, arrested in the 400 block of Northwood Drive on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:05 p.m. on unsecured bond.

4:06 a.m.- Candace Marie Freeman, 44, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Northwood Drive, Montour, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at noon on unsecured bond.

5:50 p.m.- Clinton James Edwards , 26, Garwin ,arrested in the 300 block of Main Street, Garwin, on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 17

1:18 a.m.- Troy Michael Chia, 30, Atkins, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released ta 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:42 p.m.- Henry Bernard Holtmeyer Jr., 45, Dysart, arrested at 160th Street and Iowa Highway 21 on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 18 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 18

3:31 a.m.- Todd Wayne Moore, 31, Gladbrook, arrested in the 600 block of Garfield street, Gladbrook, on charges of public intoxication, interference with official acts and 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:15 p.m. on unsecured bond.
