Oct. 11

4:15 a.m.- Berry Arthur Downs, 20, Ames, arrested at the Tama County Jail, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:52 p.m.- Cody Allan Hand, 21, Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Siegel Street on a warrant for violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Tama Police. Sentenced and released on Oct. 16 ay 1:05 p.m.

Oct. 12

8 a.m.- Stewart David Smith, 53, St. Petersburg, Fla., arrested ta the Tama County Jail. Toledo, on charges of 3rd degree sexual abuse, incest, lascivious acts with a child and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:33 p.m.- Alicia Faye MeHaffy, 35, Beaman, arrested in the 300 block of McMartin Street, Beaman, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 13 at 10:50 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Oct. 13

4:55 a.m.- Nickolas Scott Giannetto, 22, Tama arrested in the 300 block of East 3rd Street, Tama, on charges of 5th degree theft, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and violation of a restricted license by Toledo Police.

Oct. 15

Noon- Erin Michelle Burnie, 34, Cooper, Iowa arrested tin he 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on three counts of 3rd degree burglary, two counts of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 15 at 11:05 a.m.

4:05 p.m.- Curtis Lee Fain Jr., 26, Waterloo, arrested at the Blakc Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
