Char Williams called community club meeting to order, October 20, at 5:30 p.m. with four people present. September minutes were read by secretary Connie Campbell and approved. The Treasurer’s report was read by Don Campbell and approved. Char reported that Sue Eberhart has begun deep cleaning in the kitchen which hasn’t been done for over a year. Connie Campbell moved and Brenda Johnson second to pay Sue $10 an hour for continuing to do that job. Sue said Schendel pest control was going to come to do routine treatment to building. Sue and Char have List of items needed for cleaning the building. Don said that furnace will be inspected by Thomas company soon. Shar will have Craig Williams repair frame on back door. Sue reported generator is repaired. She also reported that Judy Butler is looking at a different company for noise products.

Sue and Teresa Jorgenson are planning a Halloween party for October 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. where treats will be handed out at the community building.

The first sewing/craft meeting was held October with six people attending. They decided to meet one time a month to work on their individual products while visiting with others and sharing ideas. The next meeting will be October 29 at 2 PM
