2:10 a.m.- Shane Marcus Kruse, 22, Gladbrook, arrested in the 400 block of 2nd Street, Gladbrook, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and unsafe backing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
2:59 a.m.- Lisa Marie Blocker, 52, Tama, arrested at Business Highway 30 and East 5th Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released ar 1 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
6:09 p.m.- Megan Marie Leeper, 26, Tama ,arrested in the 600 block of Oswego Street on a charge of exploitation of a dependent adult by Tama Police.
7:24 p.m.- Brian David Birkenholtz, 30, Cedar Falls, arrested in the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 63, Traer, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and passing against lines by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 5 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:58 p.m.- Heather Marie Rohrer, 35, Gladbrook, arrested in the 200 block of Johnson street, Gladbrook, on a charge of child endangerment / serious injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 5 at 11:25 a.m.

2:13 a.m.- Jerry Duane Snook, 50, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of Stevens Street, Chelsea, on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:45 p.m. after pleading guilty
8:40 a.m.- Garry Wayne Dayton, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in the 3000 block of O Avenue, Tama, on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
8:40 a.m,.- Jodi Leigh Williams, 30, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 300 block of O Avenue on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
12:56 p.m.- Peatrice Head, 40, rural Montour, arrested in the 200 block of wets Village Road, Montour, on charges of exploitation of a dependent adult, 2nd degree theft, forgery and identity theft by Toledo Police.

8:20 a.m.- Berry Arthur Downs, 20, Ames, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1:15 p.m.- Joseph Jerome Miller, 45, Carlisle, Iowa, arrested in Des Moines on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
2:18 p.m.- Jasmine Dreamer Davenport, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.
Oct. 7
11:15 a.m.- Berry Arthur Downs, 20, Ames, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Oct. 8
4:10 p.m.- Jacob Howard Straw, 32, Winthrop, Iowa, arrested at the Story county Jail, Nevada, on charges of driving while barred, 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police.
Juvenile arrested by Toledo Police in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of 3rd degree burglary. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

1:04 p.m.- Berry Arthur downs, 20, Ames, arrested ta the Tama County Jail in Toledo on charges of 2nd degree theft and 3rd degree burglary by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:52 p.m.- Alicia Raye Schultz, 42, Lincoln, arrested in the 100 block of Sunrise Drive, Lincoln, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Oct. 10
8:57 a./m.- Joseph Jerome Miller, 45, Carlisle, Iowa, arrested at the Tama county courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1:40 p.m.- Thomas John Schutte, 21, Waterloo, arrested at 195th Street and QQ?Avenue on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Iowa State Patrol. Transferred at 3:40 p.m.
