Midnight- Nicole Ann Becker, 28, Marion, arrested in the 1500 block of the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on charges of 3rd offense possession of controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:42 p.m.- Jeremy Robert Arnoux, 26, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of East 7th Street on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by Tama Police.

Sept. 29

12:01 a.m.- John Dean Stewart, 48, Toddville, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of US. Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:01 a.m.- Veronica Irene Zankowski, 28, Marion, arrested in the 1500 block of US. Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:52 a.m.- Nickolas Scott Giannetto, 22, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of East 3rd Street on charges of 5th degree theft and interference with official acts by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 3:25 p.m. on unsecured bond.

11:44 a.m.- Lance Eugene Gibson, 24, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of domestic abuse assault- impeding blood or air flow by Toledo Police.

6:40 p.m.- Jessica Renea Darrah, 28, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of North County Road on a charge of criminal trespassing by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:45 p.m.- Kimberly Kay Pepe, 41, Gladbrook, arrested in the 300 block of Johnston Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County sheriff’s Office.

8:25 p.m.- Willie Larence McCall Jr., 56, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of U.S. Highway 30 West, Toledo, on a charge of drivinbg while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 10 a.m. on unsecured bond.

9:30 p.m.- Bryce Arnold Dammann, 20, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Mian, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Ofifce.

10:29 p.m.- Donna Elsie wanatee, 33, rural Tama, arrested at US. Highway 30 and F Avenue, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 1 at 2:40 p.m. after posting bond.

7:20 p.m.- Anna Katharina Rice, 66, Gladbrook, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Sheriff’s Office.

8:15 p.m.- Stephanie Ann Blanchett, 36, Cedar rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheirff’s Office.

11:30 p.m.- Dylon Edward Scott Speicher, 22, Tama, arrested in the 800 block of 4th Street on a charge of 1st degree burglary by Tama Police.
