Sept. 23
11:20 p.m.- Gregory James Sevcik, 56, Tama, arrested at 13th and State streets on charges of disorderly conduct, driving without a license and no vehicle insurance by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 24 at 10:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Sept. 24
8:50 a.m.- Dustin Jerome Jefferson, 39, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Jail on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:45 a.m.- Phillip Tarrell Davis, 24, Marshalltown arrested at the Tama County Jail on a charged of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 25 at 11:25 a.m. after serving time.
5:40 p.m.- Jalen Deron Tyon, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury. Released on Sept. 25 at 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:40 a.m.- Adam Paul Garrett, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of Tama County Road E29, Garwin, on charges of attempted 3rd degree burglary, driving while license suspended and operating without registration by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
2:53 a.m.- Starla Fawn Durnin, 30, rural Montour, arrested at Tama County Roads E29 and H Avenue on a charge of 3rd offense public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
2:46 p.m.- Stephanie Ann Blanchett, 36, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Tama County Jail on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Sept. 26
9:45 a.m.- Garren Edward Davenport, 25, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 1 at 1:51 a.m. after serving time.
Sept. 27
8 a.m.- Jared Bryan Buchmeier, 19, Kellogg, arrested in the 3100 block of A avenue, Montour, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving and possession or purchase of alcohol under age of 21 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
8:53 p.m.- Pedro Escribano-Pasi, 28, Marion, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 28 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Sept. 28
Midnight- Nicole Ann Becker, 28, Marion, arrested in the 1500 block of the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on chares of 3rd offense possession of controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:42 p.m.- Jeremy Robert Arnoux, 26, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of eats 7th Street on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by Tama Police.
