Sept. 14
5:09 a.m.- Alejandro Pecina-Flores, 19, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Highway 30, Montour, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 9:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
6:49 a.m.- Blake Brenton Buffalo, 25, Tama, arrested at 305th Street and Meskwaki Road on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 15 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:26 a.m.- Lowell George Youngbear, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Deerfield Crossing on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while barred and driving while license revoked by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Spet. 15 at 7:15 a.m. after posting surety bond.
7:21 p.m.- Justin James Eberhart, 25, LeGrand, arrested at 260th Street and F Avenue on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 15 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Sept. 15
2:15 a.m.- Prentiss R. Wolf Jr., 49, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of 340th Street on charge of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
1 p.m.- Bryce Allen Beisker, 22, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Clerk of Court Office on a charge of drug distribution violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on a warrant by Toledo Police.
4 pm.- Jarell Cornelus Watkins, 26, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4 p.m.- Kayla Elizabeth Ocampo, 25, rural Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 18 at 12:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
