3:25 p.m.- Stacey Leigh Rook, 44, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 2700 block of Highway E66, Chelsea, on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of ethyl ether, possession of lithium and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:25 p.m.- John Robert Harris, 50, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2700 block of Highway E66, Chelsea, on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of ethyl ether, possession of lithium and gathering to use drugs- D felony by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:25 p.m.- Stephanie Ann Blanchett, 36, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 2700 block of Highway E66, Chelsea, on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of ethyl ether and possession of lithium by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:25 p.m.- Tabor Lee Allen, 20, rural Dysart, arrested in the 500 block of Tilford on a charge of driving while license revoked by Dysart Police. Released on Sept. 13 at 10:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:06 p.m.- Nickola Antonio Barthelmy, 37, Waterloo, arrested at John’s Quick Stop, Dysart, on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Sept. 13

1:05 p.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 30, Tama, cited for 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

4:02 p.m.- John Richard Luhman, 58, Traer, arrested in the 200 block of 2nd St., Traer, on charges of driving while license suspended, operating without registration and violation of financial responsibility- accident by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 14 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:51 p.m.- Kelbie Leonard Struve, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of East Washington Street on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 14 at 9:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.
