Sept. 10

11:40 p.m.- Michael Cheyenne Brezina, 21, rural Traer, arrested in the 1`00 block of East 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of 3rd offense public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:48 p.m.- Tyler James King, 21, Waterloo, arrested in the 600 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of possession / purchase alcohol under age 21.

Sept. 11

3:25 p.m.- Jason Roy Wertz, 47, Kalamazoo, Mich., arrested at Designer Inn on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released at 6:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:40 p.m.- Phillip Taswell Davis, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 25 at 11:25 a.m. after serving time.

10:35 p.m.- Dawn Marie Murray, 41, rural Elberon, arrested in the 3000 block of 280th Street, Elberon, on two counts of child endangerment- no injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 12 at 12:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 12

10:30 a.m.- Billy Joe Evans, 40, rural Elberon, arrested in the 300 block of 280th Street, Elberon, on a charge of domestic abuse- strangulation and two counts of child endangerment – no injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:25 p.m.- Shody James Hunt, 36, Morley, Iowa, arrested in the 2700 block of Highway E66, Chelsea, on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of ethyl ether and possession of lithium by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:25 p.m.- Nicholas Kemmerling, 34, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 2700 block of Highway E66, Chelsea, on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of ethyl ether and possession of lithium by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Sept. 13 at 10:40 a.m.

3:25 p.m.- Bobbi Ann Kemmerling, 32, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 2700 block of Highway E66, Chelsea, on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of ethyl ether and possession of lithium by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
