11:14 a.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 29, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:10 p.m.- Shayne William Kemmerling, 29, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2700 block of Tama County Road E66, Chelsea, on a charge of interference with official acts and two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:06 p.m.- Jenna Lee Paulsen, 24, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2700 block of Tama County Road E66, Chelsea on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Sept. 3 at 2:05 p.m.

4:30 p..m- Austin Michael Thompson, 20, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Bremer County Jail, Waverly, on a warrant by Dysart Police. Released on Sept. 3 at 2:25 p..m after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

5:15 p.m.- Michael Douglas Creger, 24, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on four counts of 3rd degree burglary, a charge of 3rd degree theft and on a warrant by Dysart Police. 8:12 p.m.- LaDonna Francine Marland, 42, rural Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 and I Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain control of vehicle and operating a non-registered vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 3 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:44 p.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 3 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 4

8:34 a.m.- Edgar Fabian Hernandez, 27, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 5

3:01 a.m.- Jesse Daniel Lasley, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Northwood Drive, Montour, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

2:45 p.m.- Michael Douglas Creger, 245, Waterloo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 6

1:11 a.m.- Kim Louise Gjetely, 57, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of East Carleton on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police.

4:58 p.m.- Thawng Za Thang, 38, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1600 block of U.s. Highway 30 on a charge of driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8:20 p.m. after posting surety bond.

Sept. 7

12:13 a.m.- Jessica June Perry, 46, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Broadway on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released at 1:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:37 a.m.- Scott roger Shadden, 45, Toledo, arrested in the 1900 block of Tama county road E69 on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9 a.m.- Marian June Davenport,71, rural Montour, arrested in the 400 block of Northwood Drive on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault. Released on Sept. 9 ay 9:45 a.m. on unsecured bond.
