3:12 a.m.- David Lee Youngbear, 46, rural Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of Northwood Drive, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving. Released at 2:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:30 a.m.- Eric Ramone Lasley, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at Liberty Street and Tama County Road T47, Montour, on a charge of public intoxication / consumption Released on Sept. 5 at 12:50 p.m. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:51 a.m.- Shyla Sheree Wolf, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at Liberty Street and Tama County Road T47, Montour, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, public intoxication / consumption, failure to maintain control of vehicle and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 1 at 12:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10 a.m.- Tricia Marie Lasley, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury, false report to law enforcement and two charges of child endangerment – no injury by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 2 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Sept. 1
10 a.m.- Dustin Richard Bigeagle, 27, rural Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.
7:22 p.m.- Troy Donovan Roberts, 52, rural Tama, arrested in the 160 block of 295th Street, Toledo, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while license revoked, failure to maintain control of vehicle, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 5 at 7:40 p.m. on surety bond.
8:12 p.m.- Edward Curtis Ohrt, 51, Gladbrook, arrested at Grand and Green streets, Gladbrook, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 2 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
