10:40 a.m.- Michael Douglas Hochstetler, 36, Dysart, arrested in Dysart on a charge of 5th degree theft by Dysart Police.

1:10 p.m.- Patricia Janine Palmer, issued summons by the Clerk of court’s Office for the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal trespassing.

3:15 p.m.- Luis Antonio Puetes-Lopez, 20, Montour, charged at the Tama County Jail in Toledo with violation of conditions of pre-trial release. Released on Aug. 29 at 4:15 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

5:02 p.m.- Samuel Arthur Franzen, 21, Elberon, arrested in the 100 block of Main Street, Elberon, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 5 at 12:50 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

12:10 a.m.- Samuel Arthur Franzen, 21, Elberon, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on a charge of drug distribution violation B by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 5 at 12:50 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Aug. 30

3:40 a.m.- Galen Keith Wanatee, 56, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 31 at 10:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:59 p.m.- Scott Alan Wahl, 46, Waterloo, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 31 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty
