2:15 a.m.- Christopher Jerome Kapayou, 43, rural Tama, arrested in the 1100 block of East 5th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 25 at 10:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

5:21 p.m.- Chase Marcus Brown, 19, Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and C Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and warrants for failure to appear and violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:15 p.m.- Maximillian Hadrian Youngbear, 19, Tama, arrested at West 13th and Siegel streets on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 26 at noon after pleading guilty.

6:15 p.m.- Surreal Jade Youngbear, 18, rural Tama, arrested at West 13th and Siegel streets on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 26 at 12:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Aug. 26

9:09 a.m.- Skylar Brandon Moritz, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Carleton Street, Toledo, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police and warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released at 11:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:45 a.m.- Celina Marie Victor, 18, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 29 at 10:30 a.m. after serving time.

11:54 a.m.- Joshua Lee Ziegler, 27, Britt, Iowa, arrested at Hickory Hills Park, LaPorte City, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
