8 a.m.- Casey James Thurston, 24, Marshalltown, summons served by mail from the Clerk of Court’s Office on a charge of disorderly conduct filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:32 a.m.- Richard John Horton, 32, rural Tama, summons served by mail from the Tama County Clerk of court’s Office on charges of forgery and 5th degree theft filed by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
12:15 p.m.-Staci Alexandria Smith, 42, Des Moines, summons served by mail from the Tama County Clerk of Court’s Office on charges of forgery and 5th degree theft filed by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
1 p.m.- Kolby James Starits, 21, Waterloo arrested in court in Toledo on a charge of obstructing prosecution by Toledo Police.
5:45 p.m.- Felisha Ruby Kapayou, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 2300 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of driving while license revoked and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 14 at 4:14 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:20 a.m.- LaDonna Francine Marland, 42, rural Tama, summons served by mail from the Tama County Clerk of court’s Office on a charge of 5th degree theft filed by Toledo Police.
Aug. 14
1:17 a.m.- Nathan Wayne Ceullar, 32, Gladbrook, arrested in the 800 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, eluding police, driving while license suspended, operating without registration and three counts of failure to obey a stop sign by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Released at 3:22 p.m. on surety bond.
3:37 a.m.- Feliciano Yzquierdo, 55, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:55 p.m. after pleading guilty.
