Tama County ARC showcases new home in Toledo operated by CIRSI
This home at 414 E. Vine st. in Toledo was purchased by the Tama County ARC?and remodeled to provide living space for differently-abled adults.

Tama County ARC?purchased and made a number of improvements to a home on Vine street in Toledo for residents who moved in last October.
The purchase included conversion of a garage space for an additional bedroom.
Gary Mattson, an ARC?board member, said the need for the home is a result primarily of federal Medicaid guidelines. They call for homes providing these services to have fewer occupants and to be integral parts of the community,
CIRSI?(Central Iowa Residential Services, Inc.), Marshalltown, staffs the Vine street home in Toledo.
ARC also owns a home in Tama.
