4:50 a.m.- Zachary Lee Wanatee, 21, Porterville, Calif., arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court. Released at 5:22 p.m. on a promise to appear.

April 8

11:41 p.m.- Fernando Vargas-Ceja, 33, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2900 block of 340th Street, Chelsea, on charges of violation of a no contact order, interference with official acts and on a warrant by the Tama County?Sheriff’s Office. Released on april 15 at 9:10 a.m. after serving time.

April 9

2:40 p.m.- Alex Anaya, 23, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 340th Street, Tama, on warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

April 10

12:49 a.m.- Joshua Luke Carroll, 28, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of 2nd degree arson and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:45 p.m.- Craig William Sash, 35, rural Gladbrook, arrested in the 1900 block of E Avenue, Gladbrook, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving. Released on April 11 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
