March 20
8:20 a.m.- Alexah Marva Mauskemo, 19, rural Tama, arrested at The State Bank of Toledo drive up on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on March 21 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.
4:20 p.m.- Matthew Allen Ryan, 22, rural Chelsea, arrested at 100 N. Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:20 p.m. on surety bond.
10:30 p.m.- Rita Janelle Papakee, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street for Tribal court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 21 at 10:30 a.m. on Tribal Court order.
March 22
1:45 a.m.- Curtis Matthew Sisk, 49, Des Moines, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and P Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
4:06 p.m.- Amy Ruth Garringer, 25, Des Moines, arrested in Polk County on a charge of unauthorized use of a credit card and a warrant by Toledo Police.
11:43 p.m.- Brandon Scott Garcia, 21, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail in Waterloo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
