8 p.m.- Michael Clayton Jameson, 36, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Feb. 23-

2:34 a.m.- Heath Allen Friestad, 40, Traer, arrested in the 1600 block of P Avenue, Traer, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:50 p.m.- Allenia Marie Boots, 35, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of East State Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, 3rd degree theft, 5th degree theft, tow counts of unauthorized use of a credit card and on three warrants by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Feb. 28 at 3:23 p.m.

9:08 p.m.- Shawn David Youngbear, 38, rural Montour, arrested in the 200 block of west Village Road, Montour, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 24 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Feb. 24

3:32 a.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 31, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Harmon Street on a charge of 3rd offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Feb. 28 ay 10:15 a.m. on surety bond.

10:40 a.m. – Brett William Steum, 41, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street on a charge of driving while barred and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

4:21 p.m.- Jennifer Lynn Arauz, 30, Newton, arrested in Newton on a charge of criminal trespassing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Feb. 25

2:45 a.m.- Jonathan Curtis Youngbear, 20, arrested in the 1600 block of 340th Street, Tama, on a charge of 1st degree murder by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

2:51 a.m.- Robert Michael Rooks, 38, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 2700 block of County Road E66, Chelsea, on charges of assault / use / display of a weapon, 2nd offense domestic abuse assault and violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:10 a.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 31, Tama, arrested on the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County c Office. Released at 10:15 a.m. on surety bond.

9:50 a.m.- Jeffrey Scott Eurom, 47, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:40 a.m.- Matthew Daniel Puig. 19, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
