10:44 p.m.- Barry Bruce Evans, 41, Des Moines, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 26 at 4:20 p.m. on surety bond.

Jan. 26

1:40 a.m.- Zackary Allen Eggers, 31, Liscomb, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:40 p.m. after pleading guilty.

7:50 a.m.- Jeremy Michael Monat, 33, rural Traer, arrested at 160th Street and QQ Avenue, Traer, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:50 a.m.- Eric James McEwen, 47, Cedar Rapids, arrested at 160th Street and QQ Avenue on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Jan. 27

11 a.m.- Randy Ray Vanhorn, 47, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on twocounts of possession of a controlled substance, one charge of unlawful possession of prescription drug by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Released on Jan. 28 at 10 p.m. on surety bond
