12:04 a.m.- Nathan Wayne Cuellar, 31, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:42 p.m.- Douglas Edward Cadotte, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road on a charge of interference with Department of Correctional Services officer and on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Department of Correctional Services. Released at 6:30 p.m. on surety bond.

6:46 p.m.- Jeremy Robert Arnoux, 25, Tama, arrested at Fareway, Toledo, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan 23 at 10:50 a.m.

8:11 a.m.- Joshua B. Arcello, 31, Marshalltown arrested at the Newton Correctional Facility, rural Newton, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 24

3:13 p.m.- Kevin Sean McKiernan, 31, Traer, arrested in the 700 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of attempted 3rd degree burglary by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:01 p.m.- Marian Lisa Roberts, 45, Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator in the 1700 block of Meskwaki Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
