5:14 p.m.- Todd Bryan Holtz, 44, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East 3rd street, Tama, on two counts of violation of a no contact order by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 9 at 2:20 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Jan. 8

3:30 p.m.- Allen Michael VerBreek, 37, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:30 p.m.- Todd Bryan Holtz, 44, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 9 at 2:20 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Jan. 10

5:21 p.m.- Travis Lee Downs, 26, rural Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, on three charges of 3rd degree sexual abuse by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 11

Letisia Bonilla-Perez, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of wets 3rd Street on two warrants for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 12 at 1:30 p.m. on surety bond.
