7 a.m.- Derek Brock Van de Walle, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at LeGrand Sanitation, LeGrand, on a charge of going armed with intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7 a.m.- Travis Lee Downs, 26, rural Toledo, arrested at LeGrand Sanitation, LeGrand on two counts of going armed with intent and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 1

1:39 a.m.- Todd Patrick Lynch, 44, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:57 p.m.- Kenneth Darby, 32, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Broad Street, Montour ,on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:51 p.m.- Jose Antonio Uribe-Garcia, 46, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on charges of 4th degree theft, interference with official acts and public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 2 at 1:16 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
