Nov. 13
12:05 p.m.- Kassi Rae Akeens, 34, rural Tama, arrested at a location not listed in the Arrest Press Log on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Toledo Police.
4:34 p.m.- Patrick Allen Papakee, 29, rural Tama arrested in the 1300 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release, on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Toledo Police.
Released on Nov. 21 at 4:50 p.m. after swerving time.
6:23 p.m.- Johnathan Cabral Rodriguez, 29, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on Nov. 14 at 2 p.m.
9:30 p.m.- Kelcie Richard Roberts, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Sac and Fox Road on charges of possession a controlled substance, two counts of child endangerment, and simple domestic abuse assault, on a warrant and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 14 at 12:45 p.m.
9:30 p.m.- Samantha Jo Lasley-Sanache, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Sac and Fox Road on charges of simple domestic abuse assault and simple assault and two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 14 at 11:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.
10:47 p.m.- Noelle Courtney Youngbear, 35, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Seymour Street, Tama, on charges of 1st degree burglary, carrying weapons, assault during a felony – serious injury, two counts of willful injury and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 14 at 6:40 p.m. on surety bond.
Nov. 14
1 a.m.- Edward Lavel Ellis Jr., 44, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail in Cedar Rapids on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
3:50 a.m.- Leandra LaRae Haughey, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 21 4:30 p.m. on unsecured bond.
8:25 a.m.- Justin Darik Nelson, 35, Story City, arrested at the Tama county Jail in Toledo on a charge of 4th degree theft, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
