Oct. 28

2:54 p.m.- Gilbert Mendez Alvarez, 45, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Prospect Dr., Toledo, on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred at 9 a.m. on Nov. 8.

5 p.m.- Clarisa Ruth Wanatee, 18, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo n a warrant for failure to appear and for Tribal Court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 31.

Oct. 29

6:10 a.m.- Marcelino Hivento, 63, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Johnson County Jail in Iowa City on a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:03 a.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Police Department on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 30

10:20 p.m.- Nolan Durrell Walker, 27, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Johnson County Jail in Iowa City on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 31

5:40 p.m.- Merlin Forrest Choneska Jr., 39, addresses of rural Tama and Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 1 at 10:50 a.m. as directed by Tribal Court.

Nov. 5

4:15 p.m.- Jay Shannon Bear Jr., 18, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 6

1:05 p.m.- Leandra Larae Haughey, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:15 p.m.- Dianna Lynn Riggenberg, 54, Walker, Iowa, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and F Avenue on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving without a license, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and violation of one-way traffic by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 7 at 11:10 a.m.

Nov. 7

11:45 a.m.- Mona Lisa Roberts, 48, rural Montour, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 8 at 3:55 p.m. on Tribal Court order.

Nov. 8

3:15 a.m.- Kum N. Walker, 55, Davenport, arrested in the 1500 block of 305 Street on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:30 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court/

8:38 p.m.- Bennett Claude Taylor, 58, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. 30 and Iowa Highway 321 on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 9 at 8:06 p.m. after serving time.

Nov. 10

11:53 p.m.- Tracy Dianne Randol, 45, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street on charges of willful injury, 1st degree harassment and interference with official acts by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 11 at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
