3 p.m.- James Garret Roberts, 33, addresses of rural Montour and Tama, arrested as a parole / probation violator at the Meskwaki Police Department by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on Nov. 12 at 8:35 a.m.

9:32 p.m.- Daniel Thomas Jefferson, 41, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of State Street on charges of simple domestic abuse assault, public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 24 at noon on personal recognizance bond.

4:20 a.m.- William Ray Rhoades, 21, Toledo, arrested at the Val Verde County Jail Del Rio, Texas, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 a.m.- Monte Joe Eggers, 57, rural Gladbrook, arrested at a location not recorded on the Arrest Press Log on two counts of 2nd degree fraudulent practice, two counts of 3rd degree fraudulent practice – amount undetermined and a charge of ongoing criminal conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
