1:30 p.m.- Issaiah Thomas Roberts, 34, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Northwood Drive, Montour, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Oct. 10

2:43 p.m.- Alexah Marva Mauskemo, 19, rural Montour, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:53 p.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while license revoked and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 11 at 1:10 p.m. on surety bond.

10:23 p.m.- James Donavon Ward Jr., 39, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Red Earth Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 11 at 4:45 p.m. on Tribal Surety.

Oct. 11

12:06 a.m.- Breton Elliott Pushetonequa, 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Red Earth Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5 p.m. on Tribal Surety.

9:11 a.m.- Sherman Scott Gaulden, 45, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office.

8:13 p.m.- Candace Marie Freeman, 43, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Northwood Drive, Montour, for Tribal Court. Released on Oct. 14 at 12:30 p.m. on Tribal Court sentence.

10:25 p.m.- Patrick Allen Chamberlin, 45, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 12

3:09 a.m.- Erik Michael Marks, 28, Norway, Iowa, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and MM Avenue on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance marijuana – 3rd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, violation of financial responsibility, driving on wrong side of roadway and harassment of a public official by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
