Oct. 3

12:15 p.m.- Garren Edward Davenport, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Edgewood Drive, Toledo, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 4 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

Oct. 5

2:19 a.m.- Daniel Mark Ditmarson, 56, rural Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of driving while barred, eluding police and interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 8 at 10:40 p.m. on surety bond.

8:16 p.m.- Dale Roger Buffalo, 55, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Red Earth Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Oct. 6

6:49 p.m.- Sherman Scott Gaulden, 45, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of Grant Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury and on a warrant by Tama Police.

12:55 p.m.- Ashley Nicole Bush, 24, Atlantic, Iowa, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on charges of 2nd degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child, indecent contact with a child and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3 p.m.- Robert John Thede Sr., 64, rural Toledo, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office in Toledo on two counts of drug distribution violation B by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5 p.m.- Karac Lyle Davenport, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West High Street, Toledo, on two counts of violation of a no count / protective order by Toledo Police.
