4 p.m.- Brandy Lee Coleman, 35, Davenport, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, a warrant for failure to appear and arrest of a parole / probation violator by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 1 at 2:15 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:15 p.m.- Frederick Boris McNair, 47, Davenport, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on Oct. 1 at 2:10 p.m.

7:30 p.m.- Robert John Thede Sr., 64, rural Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a charge of drug distribution Violation B by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:54 p.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 20, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of Eats Lincolnway, Montour, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 3

4:37 a.m.- Luis Antonio Puettes-Lopez, 19, arrested at Ohio and Main streets on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police.
