1:30 a.m.- Dewey Youngbear Bass, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West 5th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 4:25 p.m. after pleading guilty

3:30 p.m.- Derek Warren Poweshiek, 53, rural Montour, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 10:10 a.m. on Tribal Court order.

6:18 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 53, rural Montour, arrested in the 1600 block of 250th Street, Garwin, on a charge of 3rd offense public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 30 at 10:48 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 30-

2:54 a.m.- Tatiana Janae Archambeau, 22, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of reckless driving and speeding by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:02 p.m.- Douglas Allen McAtee, 58, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2400 block of 310th Street, Toledo, on charges of driving while barred, no vehicle insurance – accident and failure to yield entering a highway by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 1 at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
