8 a.m.- Derek James Slocum, 26, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
6:45 p.m.- Harley James Green, 19, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of K Avenue on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 14 at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.
10:15 p.m.- Ian Liel Halverson, 22, Marshalltown, arrested at West 9th and Siegel streets on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 14 at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:08 a.m.- Neri Castellanos-Bardales, 38, Marshalltown, arrested in he 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.
1:08 a.m.- Herminio William Lopez, 49, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.
12:40 p.m.- Harley James Green, 19, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of K Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 15 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
5:51 p.m.- Jeremy Lee Maltas, 36, Deep River, Iowa, arrested in the 3300 block of T47 on a charge of 3rd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept .15 at 11:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Sept. 16
2:53 p.m.- Harley James Green, 19, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of K Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 17 a 11:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
8:29 p.m.- Nathan Robert Moody, 24, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of C street on a charge of 5th degree theft and a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 9:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.
