Sept. 2

11:15 a.m.- Jerri Ann Lavender, 54, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel on charges of criminal trespassing and possession of a controlled substance – 3rd or subsequent offense. Released at 6:55 p.m. on surety bond.

10:02 p.m.- Torrero Christian Gonzalez, 30, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of south Elm street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and domestic abuse – strangulation by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Sept. 3 at 10:45 a.m.

Sept. 4

11 a.m.- Deven Ray Spinks, 23, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of tampering with a witness or jury by Tama police.

11:23 a.m.- John Daniel Harding, 32, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Sheriff’s Office.

7:15 p.m.- Chancey Amos Frazier, 46, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

7:15 p.m.- Wren Ann Einck, 54, Reinbeck, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of aiding and abetting by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 5 on unsecured bond.

Sept. 5

7:09 p.m.- Joshua Lee Weitzell, 30, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Church Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 6 at 2:28 p.m. on court order.

Sept. 6

8:30 a.m.- Vincent LeRoy Spoonmore, 59, Newton, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred out a 12:065 p.m.

Sept. 7

5:55 a.m.- Douglas Edward Cadotte, 40, rural Tama, arrested at B Street and Business Highway 30 on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:57 a.m.- Alexah Marva Mauskemo, 19, rural Montour, arrested at MM Avenue and U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and for Tribal Court by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 8 at 12:20 p.m. after pleading guilty.
