5:45 a.m.- Deven Ray Spinks, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main street, Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on three warrants for failure to appear and two other warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1 p.m.- Anton Old Eyes Pushetonequa, 31, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail on three charges of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:11 p.m.- Nadine Catrice Washington, 40, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Johnson County Jail, Iowa City, on a charge of harassment / communications and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:23 p.m. on surety bond.

Aug. 16

9:50 a.m.- Candice Caye Logsdon, 41, Des Moines, arrested in court in Toledo no a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 17

2:45 a.m.- Francisco Jerardo Macinas, 34, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

2:49 a.m.- Eduado Pesina, 39, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. s Released at 4:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Aug. 18

1:47 a.m.- Lynette Jean Anderson, 42, Tama, arrested at the American Legion, Garwin, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:20 p.m. after pleading guilty.
