July 5

9:45 a.m.- Slayne Matthew Rayman, 31, Chelsea, arrested at the Benton County Jail in Vinton on a charges of 2nd degree theft, interference with official acts, disorderly conduct and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:15 p.m.- Starla Fawn Durnin, 29, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 6 at 11:02 p.m. after pleading guilty.

7:30 p.m.- Eli Wells Stansberry, 26, Traer, arrested in the 500 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

July 6

6:07 p.m.- Jessica Ann Marie Funmaker, 22, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of child endangerment / bodily injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

July 7

3:48 a.m.- Brandon Kristopher Bills, 22, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s LeGrand, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police.

12:33 p.m.- Nina Marie Hempy, 37, Osage, arrested in Mitchell County on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
