June 26

1:30 p.m.- Stormy Lynn Marie Slaymaker, 25, Oskaloosa, arrested at the Mahaska County Jail, Oskaloosa, on a warrant for violation terms of probation and on a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:10 p.m.- Roberta Lynn Delaware, 55, rural Montour, arrested in the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 30 on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while barred, driving while license suspended, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain control by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 27

8 a.m.- Robert Scott McFatridge, 46, Tama, arrested at a location not noted in the Arrest Press Log on a charge of assault without intent by Toledo Police.

11 a.m.- Blake William Blume, 18, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail in Cedar Rapids on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 3 at 12:15 p.m. after serving time.

7:20 p.m.- Jodi Marie Thompson, 42, Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 and South Church Street on charges of driving while license suspended and no vehicle insurance by Toledo Police.

5:42 p.m.- Cheyenne Adrian Tyon, 39, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of D street on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, interference with official acts and driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on June 29 at 11:05 p.m. on surety bond.

June 29

12:15 a.m.- Jason Allan Darter, 36, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:50 p.m. on unsecured bond.

2:59 p.m.- Richard Aaron Leeper, 40, Gladbrook, arrested in the 300 block of Johnston Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:40 a.m. on June 30 after pleading guilty.

Juvenile arrested by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

10:39 a.m.- Jesse Lee Oelman, 22, Alden, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on warrants for failure to appear and violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:45 a.m.- Samuel Arthur Franzen, 20, Elberon, arrested at St. Luke’s hospital, Cedar rapids, on two counts of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:50 p.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Quail Road on two warrants for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

8 a.m.- Alexis Dunsmoor, 18, Tama, arrested at a location not provided on the Arrest Press Log on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of nitrous oxide by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:30 p.m.- Kelechi Obioma Ubochi, 21, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 4

4:14 p.m.- Wal Puoch Deng, 41, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2200 block of Park Road, Toledo, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:40 p.m.- Phuong Thi Nguyen, 61, Des Moines, arrested in charges of 4th degree theft, criminal trespassing and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.
