June 20

12:21 a.m.- Jeanette Bear, 52, rural Tama, arrested at 305th Street and F Avenue, Tama on a charge of driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.

5:32 p.m.- Jesse Daniel Lasley, 21, rural Tama ,arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 3rd degree criminal mischief and injuring or tampering with a vehicle by Tama Police. Released on June 24 at 10:55 a.m. on surety bond.

June 21

1″03 a.m.- Heather Marie Springer, 37, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:56 a.m.- Martin Garcia, 38, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of North East Street, Toledo, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. Released at 3:10 a.m. on a promise to appear.

3:53 a.m.- Noe Mendoza, 21, Waterloo, arrested at 115th Street and U Avenue, Buckingham on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, failure to maintain control, failure to use seatbelt and failure to obey stop sign by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4 p.m.- Rhonda Lynn Bekeris, 48, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 9:15 p.m. on surety bond.

June 22

6:50 p.m.- Anisha Janae Dye, 23, Toledo, arrested at 230th Street and Tama County Road T47 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 24 at 10:54 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:50 p.m.- Felisha Ruby Kapayou, 21, rural Tama, arrested at 230th Street and Tama County Road T47 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 23 at 11:06 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 23

10:12 p.m.- Vincent Paul Cronbaugh, 43, Marshalltown, arrested at North Main and State streets on charges of public intoxication and harassment of a public official by Toledo Police. Released on June 24 at 12:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.
